- Orders $50-$99: $6.95 flat rate
- Orders $100+: FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
Express Shipping:
- Metro areas: $14.95 (1-2 business days)
- Regional areas: $19.95 (2-3 business days)
- Remote areas: $29.95 (3-5 business days)
Bulky/Heavy Items: Some larger items (furniture, gym equipment, large outdoor items) may incur additional freight charges due to their size or weight. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, EOFY sales), processing may take up to 3 business days.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can track your parcel in real-time using the tracking number provided through our courier partner's website.
Keep an eye on your tracking updates â our courier will usually send an SMS on the day of delivery with an estimated time window.
Delivery Process
Authority to Leave: At checkout, you can authorize the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place if you're not home. You can specify a preferred location (e.g., "behind the pot plants on the front porch" or "in the carport").
If you don't provide authority to leave and nobody is home, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a nearby depot.
Signature Required: High-value items (over $500) require a signature on delivery for security purposes and cannot be left unattended.
PO Boxes: We can deliver to PO Boxes, however please note that larger items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. If your item is too large for your PO Box, Australia Post will leave a collection card.
Remote & Regional Deliveries
We deliver to almost every corner of Australia! However, some very remote locations may experience longer delivery times or may not be serviced by our standard couriers. If you're in a remote area, please contact us before ordering and we'll confirm delivery options and timeframes.
What if I'm Not Home?
If our courier attempts delivery and you're not home:
- They'll leave a card with collection/redelivery instructions
- You can usually arrange redelivery online through the courier's website
- Or collect from a nearby depot (depot details on the card)
- Parcels are held at depots for 10-14 days before being returned to us
Damaged or Missing Items
Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damage, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately â no arguments, no hassle.
Missing Items: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your parcel:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Check common delivery spots (letterbox, garage, behind bins)
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes tracking updates before actual delivery)
- Contact us and we'll investigate with the courier
We'll work with you to resolve the issue, whether that's through a courier investigation, replacement, or refund.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We're working on international shipping options â subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when we expand our delivery zones.

Change of Mind Returns
Eligibility: You can return items within 60 days of delivery if:
- Item is in original, unused condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
- Item hasn't been installed, assembled, or altered

Return Shipping: For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Dead on Arrival (DOA): Electronic items that don't work straight out of the box qualify for immediate replacement with express shipping at our expense.
Warranty Claims
All items come with the manufacturer's warranty plus your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Manufacturer Warranty: Warranty periods vary by product (typically 12-24 months). Warranty details are included with your product and listed on the product page.
Australian Consumer Law: Your rights under Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded. If a product fails to meet consumer guarantees (e.g., not of acceptable quality, doesn't match description, not fit for purpose), you're entitled to a remedy even after the manufacturer's warranty expires.
Making a Warranty Claim:

- Provide photos or video of the issue if possible

Items Not Eligible for Return

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or model:

Damaged in Return Shipping
If you're returning an item and it gets damaged in transit:
- For faulty/incorrect items: We take responsibility (another reason to use our prepaid labels)

Special Circumstances
Gifts: If you received an item as a gift, we can issue store credit for returns rather than a refund to the original purchaser.
