4. Orders & Payment

Placing an Order: When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt but don't constitute acceptance.

Order Acceptance: Your order is accepted when we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation email. Contract formation occurs at this point.

7. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you're a consumer under Australian Consumer Law:

Small Claims: For disputes under $10,000, you may pursue resolution through small claims tribunals in your state.
